About the role

Join the Adult Community Mental Health Service in the Scottish Borders as a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse. You will deliver person‑centred, goal‑oriented, recovery‑focused care to adults living with mental health conditions within the community.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑quality clinical assessments and care planning for adult service users.
Support the development and transformation of community mental health services.
Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
Work Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm, delivering care in community settings.

Required profile

Registered mental health nurse (NMC registration required).
Demonstrated leadership and strong clinical skills.
Experience in community mental health settings is advantageous.
Commitment to person‑centred, recovery‑focused practice.
