Community & Moderation Specialist (French) – 6‑8 week contract

About the role

Fanalysis is seeking a French‑speaking Community & Moderation Specialist to ensure a safe, high‑quality fan experience during the World Cup. This short‑term, full‑time contract (6‑8 weeks) involves moderating live football discussions, reviewing user‑generated content, and handling appeals.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate text and image content on the Fanalysis platform in real time, applying the Code of Conduct consistently.
• Review moderation tickets, take appropriate actions, and log outcomes in tracking sheets.
• Identify and record false positives and false negatives to improve moderation systems.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of moderation errors, highlighting policy gaps, AI behaviour, or missing context.
• Handle user appeals, draft clear email responses, and update appeal records.
• Escalate urgent or high‑risk cases such as threats, hate speech, or under‑age concerns.

Required profile

• Passionate about football and comfortable with fast‑moving live‑match discussions.
• Fluent in French with a good level of English.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and night shifts according to match schedules.
• Attention to detail and ability to apply policies consistently.
