Compensation Director

About the role

Reporting to the Vice President of Compensation, the Compensation Director will own the delivery of all global compensation processes and projects. The role partners closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, Talent and Finance leads to ensure seamless execution across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage the global annual compensation review, including set‑up and administration of the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
• Lead and support compensation initiatives such as job architecture, compensation analysis, salary structure creation, job‑title harmonisation and organisational restructures.
• Assist the VP Compensation with executive compensation, benchmarking, compensation reviews and long‑term incentive scheme administration.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and manage survey participation to maintain competitive pay practices.
• Develop analytics tools and global compensation policies for the People team.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Finance Leads, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation matters.
• Approve compensation transactions in Workday, including promotions, transfers, salary changes and employee data edits where appropriate.

Required profile

• Significant experience in compensation and/or human resources.
• Comfortable operating in a global business environment with international stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management capabilities, especially in managing annual compensation cycles.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a focus on identifying and implementing process enhancements.
