Complaints Investigator (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking five motivated Complaints Investigators to work remotely for a busy housing services team. You will investigate resident complaints, ensure fair outcomes and help improve the overall resident experience in line with the 2024 Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into resident complaints, gathering and analysing all relevant information.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to support effective complaint resolution.
- Record all interactions and case details accurately within the CRM system.
- Ensure all activities comply with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code and regulatory standards.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to drive service improvements and reduce complaint volumes.
Required profile
- Strong investigative and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering fair and timely resolutions.
- Interest in housing sector and resident welfare.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a CRM system for case management.
