About the role

NurtureCare provides home‑based support for children and young adults with complex health and additional needs. The position offers fully flexible day, night and waking‑night shifts across several locations in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

Perform chest management as required.
Move and handle clients safely, using a hoist and slide sheets.
Assist with morning and night‑time personal care routines, including dressing and washing.
Administer medication under supervision.
Support clients with eating and drinking.

Required profile

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in health and social care, or equivalent.
Previous experience caring for individuals with complex health needs.

Required skills

Chest management techniques.
Operation of hoist and slide‑sheet equipment for safe moving and handling.
Medication administration competence.
