Complex Care Support Worker – Oxfordshire

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to provide person‑centred assistance to a young man with moderate learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and ADHD in his home in Woodleys, near Charlbury, Oxfordshire. You will support him both at home and in the community, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal routines.
• Encourage independence, personal development and participation in hobbies and community activities.
• Follow person‑centred support plans and risk assessments.
• Support emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately.
• Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary support team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in health and social care.
• Understanding of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and ADHD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Reliability, professionalism and commitment to high‑quality care.
