Complex Manager – Over 55's Housing

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Complex Manager to oversee our Over 55's Housing schemes in Southampton. You will be the first point of contact for residents, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage access to buildings for residents, contractors and visitors, acting as key‑holder.
• Maintain security of communal areas and facilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and resolve resident queries.
• Prioritise and organise workload, handling emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Travel across the region to support additional schemes as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑care and communication abilities.
• Flexibility, calmness under pressure and good time‑management.
• Previous experience in facilities or housing management.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT systems used in facilities management.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with 27 hours per week, Monday‑Friday flexible schedule.
• Salary range £25,179 – £32,203 per annum (pro‑rata).
