Compliance Manager – Electronics (North West England)

We are seeking a senior Compliance Manager to lead product approvals, certification and compliance activities for a specialist electronics manufacturer based in Lancashire. Key responsibilities

• Oversee product approvals and certification across a diverse electronics portfolio.
• Manage verification and EMC testing programmes.
• Liaise with external approval bodies and regulatory agencies.
• Lead and develop a small technical compliance team.
• Ensure all products meet relevant industry standards before market release.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compliance, certification or approvals within an electronics environment.
• Familiarity with EN54 standards.
• Hands‑on experience with EMC and verification testing.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership capability.
• Engineering qualification preferred.
