Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to support a leading logistics organisation operating from a Heathrow warehouse. The role is office‑based, Monday‑Friday, and focuses on regulatory compliance, audits, customs processes and risk management within a fast‑moving e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external compliance audits.
• Support customs clearance and MOU/BIRDS compliance processes.
• Assist with Civil Aviation Authority compliance requirements.
• Develop and improve risk and compliance frameworks.
• Support Health & Safety initiatives across the business.
• Chair risk committee meetings and provide compliance guidance.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in compliance management.
• Knowledge of customs clearance, including MOU/BIRDS.
• Strong understanding of UK compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
