Compliance Officer

About the role

Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure that products meet industry regulations, quality standards and safety requirements. The role will focus on ISO standards, audit support and continuous improvement of compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain alignment of products with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Support ISO 9001 audits and drive ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation.
• Track certifications, manage policies and maintain documentation.
• Educate staff on compliance responsibilities and deliver training programmes.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• Degree level education or equivalent experience in compliance, quality management or engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving ability within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and IT proficiency.
• Self‑managed with high attention to detail.
• Proven experience in compliance management and willingness to develop further.
