Compliance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and technically competent Compliance Supervisor to join Templer Homebuild. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance for our housing clients, overseeing both electrical and mechanical compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor compliance with all relevant housing and property regulations.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical compliance programmes, reviewing and countersigning certifications.
• Manage compliance systems, data integrity and reporting to ensure audit‑ready status.
• Coordinate contractors and liaise with internal teams to deliver compliant solutions.
• Conduct quality audits and drive continuous improvement across compliance delivery.

Required profile

• Experience as a Compliance Supervisor, Officer, Manager or qualified Electrical QS/EQS.
• Relevant electrical qualifications such as AM2 and City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 (or equivalents).
• Strong knowledge of electrical compliance and certification requirements.
• Confidence using systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on evidence, auditability and regulatory standards.
