Concierge Reception – Customer Service at Teddington Pool

About the role

GLL is seeking a friendly and proactive Concierge to join the team at Teddington Pool and Fitness Centre. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, delivering a warm welcome and helping them make the most of the facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors at the front desk.
• Process transactions, set up direct debits and handle cash securely.
• Respond to membership enquiries and promote sales of new memberships.
• Provide information, resolve queries and support community outreach projects.
• Prepare studios, gyms and sports halls for activities and maintain cleanliness of the centre.

Required profile

• A can‑do attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills.
• Team‑player who can support colleagues daily.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Previous experience in administration or front‑desk roles is desirable.
