Conflicts Analyst – Risk Management

About the role

Join a leading global law firm on an exciting growth trajectory as a Conflicts Analyst within the Risk Management team. You will support ethical compliance and conflict resolution across the firm, applying critical thinking and analytical skills to safeguard client interests.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate information entered by partners through the Intapp Open intake system for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare preliminary analysis of search results in line with ethical rules and firm policies.
• Produce detailed conflicts reports and propose effective resolutions.
• Maintain and update the firm’s conflicts database with precise client and matter information.
• Participate in testing and reviewing new software systems and applications.

Required profile

• Some experience in conflicts, compliance, or analytical research within a law firm.
• Familiarity with ABA conflicts rules is beneficial, though training will be provided.
• Willingness and ability to learn conflicts analysis applying SRA and ABA Model Rules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of Intapp products (preferred).
