Conservatory Sales & Surveyor – Full‑time, £35k‑£50k OTE

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Conservatory Sales & Surveyor to join a leading glazing company in the Redhill area. The role involves both face‑to‑face sales and technical surveying of home‑owner‑produced (HUP) extensions, working Monday‑Friday 07:30‑16:30.
Key responsibilities
- Attend client consultations for HUP extensions and secure sales.
- Prepare estimates, detailed drawings and price proposals.
- Conduct surveys of HUP extensions and produce SAP reports.
- Manage planning applications and ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Order materials and supplies required for each project.
- Liaise with the Project Manager and trade teams to coordinate dates and information.
Required profile
- Experience in conservatory surveying and processing.
- Proven face‑to‑face sales experience in the glazing or construction sector.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of £35,000 per year plus commission, with an expected OTE of around £50,000.
- Company vehicle provided.
- Permanent full‑time contract.
