About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Administration Manager to lead our project administration team. This hands‑on position ensures that construction projects are coordinated, scheduled and supported from inception to completion, delivering smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of Project Administrators and Coordinators.
- Coordinate project schedules, engineer inputs and site visits.
- Monitor workloads, deadlines and overall project progress.
- Maintain project documentation, RAMS and compliance records.
- Liaise with clients, Project Managers, engineers and subcontractors.
- Oversee the daily running of the project administration function.
Required profile
- Strong background in project administration, scheduling or coordination.
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
- Experience within construction, engineering, facilities or service & maintenance sectors.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Simpro or similar project management systems.
