Construction Consultancy Project Manager

About the role

We are a growing construction consultancy based in Bristol, seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding team. You will work across a varied portfolio of projects, supporting clients from inception through to completion while developing long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a range of construction projects across Bristol and the South West.
• Oversee programme management, consultant coordination and procurement support.
• Handle contract administration, risk management and project reporting.
• Chair project meetings and liaise with contractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and key stakeholders throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Proven track record delivering construction projects from inception to completion.
• Experience across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, industrial or mixed‑use projects (beneficial).
• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB qualification or working towards one.
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Strong communication, organisational and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with a proactive, commercially aware approach.
