Construction Delivery Manager – Hinkley Point C

About the role

Join EDF on one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects at Hinkley Point C. As a Construction Delivery Manager you will oversee daily on‑site activities, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of mechanical and electrical works within a complex nuclear construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily construction activities against the four‑week plan.
• Manage multiple contractors, trades and service providers to keep work aligned with project timelines.
• Support permit‑to‑work processes, inspections and site assurance activities.
• Produce clear site reports and performance dashboards for decision‑making.
• Identify and escalate risks or delays promptly.

Required profile

• Proven on‑site experience in construction, oil & gas or comparable major‑project environments.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical delivery experience across multidisciplinary works.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors on live construction packages.
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing, planning and risk identification.
• Business‑level proficiency in French (oral and written) before relocation to France.
