About the role
Hays is seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join a long‑term construction project in Horsham. The role lasts for 18 months and offers a competitive hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out general labour tasks on the construction site.
- Assist tradespeople and handle materials as required.
- Maintain site safety by using personal protective equipment at all times.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Own personal protective equipment (hard hat, hi‑vis vest, safety boots, gloves, etc.).
- Based in Horsham or able to commute reliably.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Previous site experience preferred.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £16.40‑£17.00 depending on experience.
- Stable 18‑month contract on a construction project.
