Construction Labourer – Flexible Full‑Time & Temporary Roles

About the role
We are recruiting Labourers for a variety of upcoming construction projects in Wantage. Both long‑term and short‑term positions are available, offering flexibility to match your availability.
Key responsibilities
- Assist on site with general labouring duties.
- Support tradespeople and site managers as required.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Previous labouring or site experience preferred (not essential).
- Valid CSCS card if required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
