Construction Labourer – Residential Sites

About the role
We are recruiting Labourers for a range of residential construction projects in Fairford. The role offers both long‑term and short‑term placements, providing flexibility to match your availability.
Key responsibilities
- Assist on site with general labouring duties.
- Support tradespeople and site managers as required.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Previous labouring or site experience preferred but not essential.
- Valid CSCS card if required for the site.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
