Construction Project Coordinator – Milton Keynes

About the role

The Construction Project Coordinator supports both the Construction and M&E teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from early planning through to delivery. The role involves coordinating information, managing documentation, supporting site teams and maintaining strong communication across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support Construction and M&E teams with day‑to‑day project coordination
• Manage drawings, RAMS, specifications and technical documentation
• Track project actions, deadlines and programme updates
• Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation and project reporting
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate project records, logs and trackers
• Support procurement schedules, quotations and material tracking
• Assist with handover packs and project close‑out documentation

Required profile

• Experience in construction, M&E or project support
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good IT capability, including Excel and project systems
• Detail‑focused, proactive and keen to progress
