Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established, privately owned construction firm that is entering a period of rapid growth. As a Project Manager you will work closely with the Directors, overseeing projects from pre‑construction through to handover while helping to shape the systems, processes and people needed for future expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑quality residential and commercial construction projects from handover to completion.
• Lead Site Managers and coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain programme schedules, quality standards and commercial performance.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Support the business’s growth by driving operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience with a principal contractor.
• Background in residential and/or commercial construction.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with a genuine pride in delivering quality projects.
