Construction Project Manager - Leisure & Hospitality Projects

About the role

This client‑side position will lead the delivery of leisure and hospitality construction, refurbishment and fit‑out projects across a multi‑site portfolio in the South East and Midlands. You will own projects from concept through to handover, working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction, refurbishment and fit‑out projects.
• Act as the on‑site client representative (approximately three days per week).
• Drive programme, budget and quality outcomes across multiple sites.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Chair or co‑chair site and project meetings.
• Review designs and identify value‑engineering opportunities.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders and the board.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering refurbishment or fit‑out projects, preferably in hotels, leisure or similar environments.
• Background in hospitality, retail, leisure or fast‑track construction sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving ability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
