Construction Project Manager – Liverpool

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple projects across the North West region, based in Liverpool. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from pre‑construction to practical completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of construction and property‑related projects up to £1.5 million.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants, maintaining programme schedules.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets and provide cost control reporting.
• Maintain client liaison and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, contractual and quality standards.
• Manage risk, change control, and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee project handovers and close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, commercial refurbishments or property services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and a solutions‑focused approach.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience preferred.
