Construction Project Manager – Warner Bros. Studios

About the role

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a confident Construction Project Manager to join its London team, working two days a week from the Warner Bros. Studios campus in Watford. You will deliver smaller residential, commercial, mixed‑use, heritage and student accommodation projects independently while supporting senior colleagues on larger schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage small projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Assist senior project managers on larger, more complex commissions.
• Coordinate consultants, procurement, programme schedules and contract administration.
• Monitor risk, produce progress reports and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Chair project meetings where appropriate and ensure accurate information flow.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years’ experience in a construction consultancy.
• Proven ability to lead smaller projects and support senior teams.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Professional membership such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.
