Construction Site Manager

About the role

Anglian Architectural is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead commercial façade, glazing and cladding projects across London. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from site set‑up to handover, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while travelling regularly to site locations and occasionally to the Newmarket office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site teams.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor progress against programme schedules and conduct quality inspections.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, architects and consultants.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly and maintain accurate site records.
• Oversee material deliveries, workforce allocation and promote a strong safety culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within glazing, cladding or a similar sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, regulations and site procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.
