About the role

Red Tree Building Contractors is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead high‑quality fit‑out and refurbishment projects in the Healthcare and Education sectors across the Northwest. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Manage on‑site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, coordinating daily activities and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement on site processes and support the development of junior staff.

Required profile

• Proactive leader with a can‑do attitude and excellent people skills.
• Proven experience managing construction sites, preferably in fit‑out or refurbishment projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work in live environments such as hospitals or schools.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
