Construction Site Manager – Solar PV EPC Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Site Manager to lead the on‑site execution of large‑scale international solar PV EPC projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all construction activities from mobilisation through commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise daily construction work to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Manage internal teams, subcontractors, site engineers and supervisors, providing technical guidance and performance oversight.
• Ensure adherence to quality, HSE, legal and environmental standards, conducting inspections and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate daily progress records and produce regular reports on performance, risks, resource needs and logistics.
• Support commissioning, testing and energisation activities and prepare documentation for payment milestones and audits.
• Identify and implement improvements to construction methods, workflows and site processes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (civil, electrical or mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of site management experience on electrical infrastructure projects with full site responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, testing/commissioning, quality control and HSE regulations.
• Experience with project controls and scheduling tools.
