Construction Site Trainer – Midlands & South

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Site Trainer to support our Production and Site teams across the Midlands & South. The role will design, deliver and maintain training programmes that enhance compliance, technical capability and personal development, helping to improve build quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop and maintain high-quality training programmes for Production and Site staff, ensuring compliance and competency standards are met.
• Deliver induction training modules at hub locations for new and existing team members.
• Organise and manage key training initiatives, including site management development and specialised Production modules.
• Conduct site visits to coach learners, embedding learning into day-to-day practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering learning programmes across the full learning cycle.
• Experience delivering structured training within Construction Site Management.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-sufficient, highly motivated with excellent time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
