About the role
We are seeking a Construction Solicitor to join our nationally recognised construction team in Bristol. The role offers a junior qualified solicitor the chance to work on complex, high‑profile construction disputes, including multi‑million‑pound adjudications, cladding issues and major infrastructure and healthcare projects.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of contentious construction matters, including adjudications, defects claims, PFI/PPP disputes and final account claims.
- Manage high‑value infrastructure disputes for public and private sector clients such as NHS Trusts, local authorities, contractors, developers and housing providers.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, submissions and case strategies for multi‑million‑pound adjudications and cladding disputes.
- Liaise with clients, experts and third‑party stakeholders to ensure effective case progression.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year post‑qualification experience (PQE) in construction law.
- Demonstrated experience in construction disputes and advisory matters.
- Strong drafting and analytical abilities.
- Excellent organisational and client communication skills.
- Ambitious, flexible and able to work within a hybrid model.
