Construction Solicitor – Dispute Specialist (2‑4 PQE)

About the role

Join a leading construction disputes team within a top‑100 full‑service law firm. You will act as a trusted adviser, managing complex construction disputes and serving as a key point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused advice on contentious construction matters.
• Oversee adjudications, mediations, arbitrations and litigation.
• Draft high‑quality correspondence, submissions, pleadings, witness statements and related dispute documentation.
• Collaborate with experts and counsel to progress cases efficiently.
• Support business development initiatives to promote the team and firm.

Required profile

• 2–4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in construction law.
• Experience in contentious matters preferred; advisory experience also considered.
• Strong understanding of construction law and its commercial application.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and organisational abilities.
