Construction Solicitor (Non-Contentious) – London

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Solicitor (Non‑Contentious) with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience to join our leading construction team in London. You will work on high‑profile development and infrastructure projects for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate standard form construction contracts such as JCT, NEC and MF/1.
• Prepare and negotiate consultant appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees and novation agreements.
• Advise on development agreements, funding agreements, lease agreements and other project documentation.
• Support clients across commercial, residential, infrastructure, logistics and engineering projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years PQE in a recognised construction practice.
• Proven experience advising on non‑contentious construction matters.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage own caseload and deliver high‑quality client service.
• Proactive team player committed to professional development.
