Construction Waterproofing Technician

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technician to join our specialist waterproofing team in London. You will work on a variety of basement and structural waterproofing projects, supporting the delivery of high‑profile developments across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out waterproofing, damp proofing, timber treatment and structural repair works on site.
• Assist senior staff with the preparation and execution of waterproofing systems.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Participate in overtime and occasional weekend work as required.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence.
• CSCS card.
• NVQ in structural waterproofing preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Willingness to develop expertise in waterproofing, damp proofing, timber treatments and structural repairs.
