Consultant – Enterprise Operating Model (EoM)

About the role

Join Holland Mountain's Enterprise Operating Model practice to help leading private equity and alternative investment firms design and implement effective operating models. The role is hybrid, based in London Bridge, with three days in the office each week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consulting engagements focused on Enterprise Operating Models, business transformation, and operational excellence.
• Lead project workstreams, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, governance meetings, and steering committees.
• Analyse business processes, operating models, and organisational challenges to develop practical recommendations.
• Work closely with operations, technology, and leadership teams to support successful change and implementation.
• Coach and support junior colleagues while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team.
• Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support the continued growth of Holland Mountain.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, project delivery, or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects or manage workstreams independently.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Structured approach to problem‑solving and business analysis.
• Commercial awareness and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced consulting environments.
