Consultant – Project/Programme Management (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant to join our Strategic Programme Management practice in London. The role involves supporting complex business and technology transformation programmes from strategy through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of transformation, change, and project initiatives.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful programme outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder‑engagement activities.
• Produce high‑quality presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Contribute to business development activities and proposal creation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve business challenges.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Change, or Management Consulting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Structured, analytical approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and time‑management abilities.
• Experience working across multiple projects and business functions.
• Degree‑educated or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
