About the role

Richard Nelson LLP is seeking experienced solicitors to join its national consultancy model as self‑employed Consultant Solicitors. The role offers total freedom to work remotely or from the office while building your own client base and benefiting from a generous fee‑split arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cases within your specialist area of law.
• Provide client representation and advocacy.

Required profile

• Senior solicitor with post‑qualification experience.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Existing client following with minimum billing of £100,000 per annum (≈£8,000 per month).
