About the role

Richard Nelson LLP is seeking experienced solicitors to join its national consultancy model as self‑employed Consultant Solicitors. The role offers full autonomy to manage your own caseload, build and maintain client relationships, and benefit from a fee‑split arrangement based on the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal portfolio of legal matters from inception to resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to professional and corporate clients.
• Develop and grow a client base while meeting billing targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and firm policies.

Required profile

• Senior solicitor with post‑qualification experience.
• Proven ability to handle a full caseload independently.
• Existing client following generating at least £100,000 annual billing.
• Commitment to high standards of integrity and client care.
