About the role

Richard Nelson LLP is seeking experienced solicitors to join its national network as self‑employed consultants. This position offers the freedom to manage your own client portfolio while benefiting from the firm’s compliance, administrative, and training support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of civil and disciplinary matters from intake to resolution.
• Provide high‑quality legal advice and representation to professional and individual clients.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory obligations and firm policies.
• Develop and grow a profitable client base, meeting minimum billing targets.
• Collaborate with the firm’s admin and accounts teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Senior solicitor with post‑qualification experience and a proven track record of fee earning.
• Existing client following capable of generating at least £100,000 annual revenue.
• Desire for autonomy, flexible working arrangements, and entrepreneurial growth.
