Consultant – Storytelling Programme

About the role
We are looking for a Consultant to join The Storytellers team in London. The role supports the design and delivery of storytelling programmes that help leaders translate strategy into compelling narratives and drive change across organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and develop programme assets such as presentations, leadership toolkits, communication materials and workshop content.
- Build high‑quality PowerPoint presentations and other client deliverables that adhere to The Storytellers’ visual identity and standards.
- Assist senior consultants in creating toolkits and supporting workshop and event preparation.
- Ensure all materials are produced efficiently, to a high standard, and support overall programme delivery.
Required profile
- Motivated to learn The Storytellers’ methodology and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to work under the guidance of senior consultants and engagement leads.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality client outputs.
