Consultant – Strategy & Management Consulting (TMT)

About the role

Fide Partners is seeking a Consultant to join its fast‑growing strategy and management consulting practice focused on the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) sectors. The role involves working on high‑impact projects for corporate clients, investors and public institutions, delivering strategic, M&A, regulatory and operational insights.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of workstreams across strategy, M&A, regulatory and operations projects, supporting managers in planning, resource allocation and delivery.
• Structure complex problems, conduct quantitative analyses and develop commercial insights to inform client decisions.
• Translate findings into clear, client‑ready presentations, reports and visual materials.
• Contribute to the team’s knowledge base through research, analysis and documentation.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in strategic consulting, private equity, investment banking, regulatory work, M&A support or related fields.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, Strategy, Analytics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset, creative problem‑solving abilities and resilience in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent business English communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
