Contact Centre Support Advisor – Cruise Guest Services

About the role

Join the vibrant world of P&O Cruises and Cunard as a Contact Centre Support Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them before, during, and after their cruise experience while working from our hybrid office in Southampton.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound guest calls, providing product knowledge and exceptional service.
• Achieve first‑call resolution for queries and complaints.
• Identify and suggest itineraries and cruise products that match guest needs.
• Build trusting relationships to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
