Content Creator & Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and energetic Content Creator & Social Media Executive to lead the social media strategy for a lifestyle sports brand. You will work on‑site in Harlow while frequently travelling to events, activations and partner venues to capture and produce engaging video content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Attend sporting events, competitions and activations to film, edit and publish real‑time content.
• Interview athletes, sports personalities and community members.
• Spot emerging trends and adapt content quickly to maximise reach.
• Grow and nurture online communities across TikTok, Instagram and Meta.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise future content.

Required profile

• Passion for sport, fitness and lifestyle brands.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and confident in front‑of‑camera presentation.
• Creative mindset with a constant flow of fresh content ideas.
• Willingness to travel several days per week for events.
• Experience building a social media following or influencer presence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Meta platform mechanics.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.
