Content Designer – Agentic Experience (6‑month contract)

About the role

Join a leading banking organisation as a Content Designer focused on agentic experience design. This 6‑month contract role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home while collaborating onsite two days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create safe, compliant, and engaging conversational banking experiences.
• Design AI‑powered content that is structured, accurate, and machine‑usable.
• Develop content approaches for emerging AI patterns and ensure clear communication.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to define and evolve a knowledge graph across products and systems.
• Conduct content audits, refine strategies, and prototype/test iterations to improve customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong UX writing ability with a talent for simplifying complex information.
• Design‑thinking mindset for problem framing, ideation, and testing.
• Systems perspective to design content across whole journeys and ecosystems.
• Comfort collaborating with product, engineering, legal, and data teams.
• Awareness of generative AI and conversational design principles is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with content models, taxonomies, and metadata.
