About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to join our AI training team. You will work remotely from the United Kingdom, helping to improve AI chatbots by providing writing tasks, reviewing outputs, and measuring model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their results.
- Assess the quality, correctness, and performance of AI‑generated content.
- Identify logical gaps and suggest improvements to enhance model accuracy.
- Track progress metrics and report findings to the development team.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
