Content Manager – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to join our AI training team. You will work remotely from the United Kingdom, helping to train and evaluate AI chatbots by assigning writing and editing tasks, measuring their progress, and improving model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments and review their outputs.
- Assess the correctness, logic and overall performance of AI‑generated content.
- Identify issues, propose solutions and contribute to continuous model improvement.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
- Background in communications, journalism or related fields is preferred.
- A current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
