Content Organiser

About the role

The Content Organiser will manage and organise digital content for a medium‑sized media and agency organisation. You will ensure that all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives while supporting creative teams across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain the digital asset library for easy access and retrieval.
• Ensure all content complies with brand standards and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with creative and stakeholder teams to keep content consistent across channels.
• Track, update and monitor content schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Assist in reviewing and editing content for accuracy and relevance.
• Gather content requirements and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the rollout of new tools or processes that improve content management efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in content management within the media or agency sector.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and drive for process improvement.
