Content Producer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Producer to bring the Virgin brand to life on social platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end process of turning ideas into engaging short‑form video and visual content that feels native to each channel.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, film, edit and deliver social‑first video and visual assets for Virgin’s social channels.
• Identify emerging trends, cultural moments and platform behaviours to inform content ideas.
• Produce short‑form, platform‑specific content that captures attention and drives engagement.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, PR and social teams to plan and execute standout campaigns.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, keeping productions on schedule.
• Use performance insights to test new formats, creators and creative approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating social‑first content for a brand, agency or personal channel.
• Strong eye for trends, storytelling and what makes content shareable.
• Hands‑on production skills from planning and filming to polished editing.
• Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and juggling deadlines.
• Proactive, curious attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves and challenge ideas.
