Content Producer – Paid Ads & On‑Camera Role

About the role

We are partnering with an ambitious women‑led retail brand that is launching an e‑commerce marketplace and rewards business. As a Content Producer you will join the team from the ground up, creating and managing both paid‑media and organic social content while appearing on‑camera to represent the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute static and video adverts across all paid media channels.
• Serve as the on‑screen face of the brand in a variety of video formats.
• Manage the full content lifecycle from idea generation, scripting, editing to final delivery.
• Design, schedule and optimise social content across platforms.
• Analyse performance data and apply insights to improve creative output.

Required profile

• Strong experience in a start‑up consumer environment, building a brand from scratch.
• Creative background with proven success across social media channels.
• Confident communicator comfortable appearing on‑camera and representing the brand.
• Proactive, ambitious and able to work closely with founders on strategic decisions.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to script, edit and produce both static and video content.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting performance metrics.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per year.
• Five days in office during the first month, followed by flexible hybrid working.
