Content Producer (Social Media)

About the role

Virgin is looking for a creative Content Producer to bring its brand to life across social platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end production of short‑form video and social content, turning emerging trends into engaging stories that feel native to each channel.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, film, edit and deliver social‑first video and visual content for Virgin’s channels.
• Identify and act on emerging cultural moments, platform behaviours and trends before they become mainstream.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, PR and social teams to design and launch standout campaigns.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Analyse performance data to iterate on formats, creators and creative approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing social‑first content for a brand, agency or personal channel.
• Strong eye for trends, storytelling and what makes content shareable.
• Hands‑on production expertise from planning and filming to polished editing.
• Confidence using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut or Canva.
• Excellent project‑management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Proactive, curious attitude with a willingness to challenge ideas and roll up sleeves.
