Content & Social Media Marketing Manager – LinkedIn Focus

About the role

We are seeking a Content & Social Media Marketing Manager with a strong focus on LinkedIn to join our Marketing team in Reading. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape and execute an “always‑on” content engine that drives brand awareness, credibility and engagement across our B2B telecom portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own the LinkedIn and organic social strategy, aligning it with corporate narrative and marketing priorities.
• Define channel standards, tone of voice, content formats and community interaction guidelines.
• Build and run a weekly publishing engine, including content series, event amplification and comment management.
• Create and optimise social posts with compelling hooks, clear calls‑to‑action and conversion pathways.
• Support executive visibility through ghost‑writing, narrative alignment and reputation management.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse trends and deliver insights to improve audience growth and lead capture.

Required profile

• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn best practices for B2B brands.
• Proven track record of turning LinkedIn into a measurable growth driver.
• Deep understanding of social performance metrics and their impact on awareness, consideration and demand.
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability across digital channels.
• Experience in executive social storytelling and corporate affairs alignment.
